Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Magical Whispers and Charming Wishes, LLC. Due to our partnership with Print on Demand vendors, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is damaged.

Digital Products:
All sales of digital products, including digital art, journals, papers, and more, are final and non-refundable. Once the digital product is delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Physical Products:
For our physical products fulfilled by Print on Demand vendors, refunds and returns are only available if the product is damaged. In such cases, we will work closely with the vendor to resolve the issue based on their refund and return policies. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@magicalwhispersandcharmingwishesllc.com with details and photos of the damaged product.

Customized Orders:
Customized items are made to your specifications and are non-refundable. Please review your custom order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. If there is an issue with the customization that results from our error, please contact us, and we will work with the vendor to make it right.
